This Privacy Policy describes how Exit Planning Institute ("EPI") collects, uses, and protects information gathered through the CEPA Connect membership platform, including the cepaconnect.com website and the CEPA Connect mobile application. This policy applies specifically to the CEPA Connect member platform and is separate from EPI's general corporate privacy policy, which governs the exit-planning-institute.org marketing website.

2. Information We Collect

When you use CEPA Connect, we collect information necessary to operate the membership platform. This includes your name, email address, and professional profile information provided during registration. When you interact with the platform — such as viewing pages, submitting forms, or updating your member profile — we also collect analytics data that helps us understand how the platform is used and improve your experience.

3. Analytics Cookies and Tracking

CEPA Connect uses HubSpot, a customer relationship management and analytics platform, to track member activity within this platform. HubSpot may set the following cookies on your device: hubspotutk (unique visitor identifier), __hstc (session history), __hssc (current session activity), and __hssrc (session detection). This data is used exclusively to improve the CEPA Connect member experience and to maintain your contact record within EPI's CRM. This data is never used for advertising purposes and is never sold or shared with data brokers or third-party advertisers.

4. Mobile App — App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

If you access CEPA Connect through the iOS mobile app, you will be presented with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt before any analytics data is collected. If you tap Allow, analytics cookies will function as described in Section 3. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, all analytics tracking cookies are immediately removed from your device and no usage data is transmitted to HubSpot. You may change this preference at any time by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone or iPad.

5. Website and Android — Cookie Consent

If you access CEPA Connect through a web browser or an Android device, a cookie consent banner will be presented on your first visit. If you decline, a single cookie will be stored on your device to remember your preference, and no analytics tracking data will be collected during your visit.

6. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through CEPA Connect is used to: operate and maintain your member account; personalize your experience within the platform; understand how members navigate and use platform features in order to make improvements; and communicate with you about your membership, platform updates, and EPI events. We do not use your information for cross-app advertising or behavioral targeting.

7. Third-Party Services

CEPA Connect uses HubSpot (hubspot.com) to power its CRM and analytics functions. HubSpot processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. No data collected through CEPA Connect is shared with other third parties for advertising, marketing, or resale purposes. 8. Data Retention

Analytics and session data collected through HubSpot is retained in accordance with HubSpot's standard data retention policies. Member account data is retained for as long as your membership is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address in Section 12.

9. Children's Privacy

CEPA Connect is restricted to credentialed EPI members who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12.
